Testimony (i.e., Depositions, Arbitrations, Mediation & Trial)

Principal	$275.00 per hour
Associate	$250.00 per hour

All testimony is billed in one-hour increments.

All billings are due upon receipt of invoice. Invoices are forwarded on the 1^st and 15^th of each month. All invoiced matters unpaid 60 days subsequent to billing will be assessed at 1% per month. California Scene Interiors or McDonald Associates Division retains the discretionary right to terminate/curtail activity on those matters more than 60 days in payment arrears.
