All testimony is billed in one-hour
increments.
All billings are due upon receipt of invoice. Invoices are
forwarded on the 1st
and 15th of each
month. All invoiced matters unpaid 60 days subsequent to billing
will be assessed at 1% per month. California Scene Interiors or McDonald
Associates Division retains the discretionary right to terminate/curtail activity
on those matters more than 60 days in payment arrears.
